Review Process
Submissions are reviewed by purchasing and quality before supplier approval. Additional documentation may be requested after initial review.

What Happens Next
Confirmation
The supplier receives confirmation that the submission was received.
Internal Notification
Purchasing and quality are notified so the supplier can be reviewed.
Record Creation
The supplier profile should be saved in a sheet, CRM, or supplier database for tracking.
Review Decision
Supplier may be approved, conditionally approved, rejected, or asked for additional documentation.
