Review Process

Submissions are reviewed by purchasing and quality before supplier approval. Additional documentation may be requested after initial review.

Important Notice

Submission does not guarantee approval. Suppliers are reviewed based on capability, documentation, compliance support, responsiveness, and fit with Empire Fasteners’ requirements.

Is there a documented process used to approve suppliers?

Is there a process by which new supplier quality systems are approved?

Will receiving inspection check incoming shipments to purchase order requirements?

Are inspected items identified and segregated from items awaiting inspection?

Is acceptance/rejection criteria defined?

Are all parts clearly identified to show inspection status?

Are life-limited products controlled with date kept on file?
